Djuriček Mihajlo, independent painter, born in 1962 in Zrenjanin

Exquisite painting talent, as a pupil in Elementary School made exhibitions of his work in Zagreb and Ljubljana.

He attended High School in Zrenjanin and Novi Sad, and he continued his college education in Belgrade.

Replete with rich library of antique and modern art, he developed his painting technique and drawing in Venice, Rome, as well as in Southern Italy.

Drawing, as a basis of picture dominates in the first phase of his creation.

In all techniques, main preoccupation and style of expression is realism which has obvious influences of renaissance, while themes are ranging through wide spectrum of landscapes, acts and portraits.

He had exhibitions on numerous collective exhibitions in Belgrade, as well as in painting colonies.

He lives and works in his atelier in Belgrade.
